  • Responsible for the coordination of personnel to achieve operational and business objectives, by leveraging Trilon workshare, driving growth opportunities through new and existing clients, and managing the team’s resources.
  • Responsible for driving hiring goals across the business unit to achieve yearly hiring goals.
  • Responsible for ensuring the business has an appropriate backlog that supports the existing staff base and yearly growth targets.
  • Proactively forecasting and resolving lulls in business to ensure operational and production goals are met
  • Coordinating with other business units to ensure positive CME and proper resource allocation
