Clearance Requirement: Active Secret

Requirements:
- LAN/WAN, & security. (i.e. MS Windows OS and NOS, Unix, Linux, directory services, NAS and SAN and Tape and Backup, Proxy, Firewalls, VP, IDS, IPS, etc.).
- Possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or better
- Experience with CISCO Voice and Security or related expertise or equivalent experience,
- ITIL Foundations Certification (within 6 months) with related expertise or equivalent experience
- Experience with ITSM/Remedy
