Direct the day-to-day work for a small team, provide support and guidance, ensure product and/or process quality and conformance.
Mentor in the position, trains other technicians on correct use of tools and complex processes.
Possesses an extensive toolbox and experience on proper use of Air Drills, Rivet guns, Routers, Cleco pliers, Clecos, Microstop Countersinks, Rivet squeezers, pencil grinders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED
Minimum 3-6 years related manufacturing and/or installation experience, or
Minimum 2-5 years related aerospace manufacturing and/or installation experience.
