Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry Required 
• Associate Degree  and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry Required or
• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry Required  Strong knowledge and proficient in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program management. 
• Minimum 1 year of Procore experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Excellent presentations skill with internal and external audiences of various sizes. 
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, analysis programs, and data acquisition platforms. 
• Strong knowledge in computer logic and data analytics preferred. 
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills. 
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
• Demonstrated ability of advanced learning of new concepts and applying knowledge to deliverables.  Engineers in Training-EIT Certification Preferred
