Qualifications:

Active Secret clearance Required.
HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of "hands-on” work experience supporting installations, repairs, troubleshooting or maintenance of electronic systems or equipment is required.
Must have the technical knowledge to solve unusually complex problems and the ability to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks supporting electronic systems or electronic equipment.
Three years of Experience performing preventive maintenance on ground radio communications systems and related equipment, inspecting equipment at specified intervals determining operational status, replacing defective components, performing operational checks, and maintaining inspection and maintenance records.

Preferred skills:

Three (3) years' experience working with the following: Maintaining Communications and Navigational Systems and related navigational status and reporting systems.
Familiarity with status collecting and display systems; inspecting equipment at specified intervals; determining operational status; repairing mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies; tuning, aligning, and adjusting equipment; performing operational checks; maintaining inspection and maintenance records.
