Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as servant leader and coach for the ART, aligned to SAFe and Lean-Agile.
  • Plan and optimize PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, and other SAFe ceremonies across distributed teams.
  • Lead people management: performance, growth, mentorship, and career pathways.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, mid-year reviews, and development planning; proactively support morale and engagement.
  • Partner with Product Owners, System Architects, Scrum Masters, and tech leads to refine features, sequence work, unblock delivery, and maximize flow.
  • Track and socialize ART metrics (velocity, predictability, flow) with North Point Technology leadership and NGA.
  • Uplift Agile execution across Chinook by closing process gaps, implementing Lean-Agile practices, and coaching on SAFe.
  • Run risk management: identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks with stakeholders.
  • Strengthen team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster trust, respect, and shared mission.
  • Provide clear program updates and status to North Point Technology leadership and NGA, highlighting progress, risks, and value delivered.
  • Align delivery with NGA mission priorities and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and teams on Agile, advanced facilitation, risk management, and DevSecOps.
  • Promote transparency, collaboration, and innovation across locations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering or related field and 12–15 years relevant experience, or Master’s with 10–13 years.
  • Active Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI and Polygraph.
  • SAFe RTE, SPC, or comparable certification.
  • 10+ years Agile program delivery, including 5+ years as RTE or equivalent.
  • Proven facilitation of SAFe ceremonies across time zones and geographies.
  • Deep knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile, and DevSecOps.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and communication with technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience integrating security and DevOps pipelines for high-assurance software.
  • Strong problem solving with a track record of removing blockers and reducing risk.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in CI/CD, cloud migration, or large-scale enterprise transformation.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring Scrum Masters and teams to higher maturity.
