Proposal Manager with Federal experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Proposal Manager with federal, state and/or local government solicitation processes required; experience with GSA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) firm required; Construction Management Consulting preferred.
  • Proposal training from APMP, formal training from a large AEC firm, or other multi-day training program required.
  • Ability to research and synthesize information from multiple sources (subject matter experts, previous proposals, etc.) into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product that is fully compliant with RFP requirements.
  • Strong proofreading and technical editing experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign; working MS Word and Excel skills.
