Senior Security Engineer (Splunk) - Remote

Location: Washington, DC - Hybrid; 4-5 days onsite a month in D.C

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience producing dynamic reports and dashboards leveraging Splunk.
Proficiency in configuring and managing Splunk indexers, search heads, and forwarders.
Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified Administrator, Splunk Certified Architect) are highly desired.
Strong knowledge of SQL querying and data analysis techniques.
Solid understanding of log management, data parsing, and data normalization techniques.
Experience with continuous monitoring metrics and reporting.
Knowledge of OMB M-21-31 requirements is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area
