Requirements:

Experience level: 0-12 Months in US IT Staffing (only in recruiting - not sales/Marketing/HR)
Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD
Comfortable using job boards like dice/monster/CB/etc.
Strong experience working on Social networking using LinkedIn
Knowledge in W2 & C2C
Screening the candidates as per the required skill-set
Good rate negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels.
Build a resume database for future prospects

Shift Timing - 4 PM to 9 PM IST(Indian Standard Time)
