Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. Proficient with the MS Office Suite.
Experience designing HVAC systems, including ducting, sheet metal, and all associated equipment.
Experience with design/drafting tools, such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant 3D, Revit, etc.
Experience working in a project team environment to resolve issues and improve processes.
Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
High School diploma or equivalent and 12 or more years of relevant experience.
