Required Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program and min 8 years of relevant experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of Oracle’s Utilities Network Management System (NMS) OMS experience.
- Experience with electric utility clients implementing and integrating operational systems such as OMS, DMS, ADMS, AMI, Distribution Automation, and Distributed Energy Resources (DER) is preferred.
- Strong ability to influence or lead project execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with leading-edge applications (s), operations technology, and solutions utilizing various industry standard tools.
- Experience with a variety of project execution methodologies, including but not limited to Waterfall and Agile.
- Travel: <50% - DMV/MVR must be part of the background investigation.

Job Type: Contract
Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary: $65/hr - $90/hr
