Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship and valid driver’s license
  • 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, or troubleshooting IP networks
  • Experience leading technical teams
  • Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi and network hardware (configuration, troubleshooting, and support)
  • Strong knowledge of hardware/software support, imaging, break/fix, and deployments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical and travel requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10+ years of total experience; or 18 years of experience in lieu of a degree
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
  • Prior experience as a Tier 2 IT Helpdesk Technician
  • Public Trust clearance
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with analyzing network traffic and troubleshooting connectivity issues
