Available Shifts:
- Monday thru Friday Mid Shift Hours: 3 PM to 11 PM
- Monday thru Friday Overnight Shift Hours: 11 PM to 7 AM
- Weekend Days (Saturday and Sunday) Hours: 7 AM – 7 PM
- Weekend Nights (Saturday and Sunday) Hours: 7 PM to 7 AM
Responsibilities
- Tier 1 Support is “Mission Essential”, support
- Operates in the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC)
- Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues
- Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight
- Respond to incident calls
- Support Trend Analysis
- Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift
- Any experience as a Communications Systems Operator (CSO) for Executive Airlift at Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI or Ramstein AFB, Germany
- Must have an active DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE), prior to start.
