All-Source Intelligence SME - TS/SCI

Minimum Qualifications: 

All-Source Intelligence Analyst - SMEs shall have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in research, intelligence, and/or threat analysis with an excellent track record of small team leadership.  The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is a quick learner, asks questions, takes initiative, and produces accurate work. They are proactive, learn and understand the SOPs and complete tasks with no errors. This is a fast-paced environment; successful analysts have excellent time management skills and work well under pressure.

 Desired skills:

• Provide all-source analytical support in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tradecraft standards.
• Research multi-INT sources to include intelligence databases, message traffic, imagery repositories, and publicly available information to identify, document, and report on adversarial programs.
• 3+ years of small team leadership with the intelligence space
• Perform foundational intelligence production within the Modernized Integrated Database (or subsequent programs) in accordance with established SOPs.
• Produce finished all-source intelligence assessments (FINTEL).
• Provide support to the development of facility characterizations in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide input/evaluation services to collection requirements.
• Evaluate methods and processes and recommend opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Conduct outreach to community experts and mission partners to maintain awareness of community activities impacting AOIs
