Required Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, VISIO, and other standard computer programs.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to utilize office automation tools effectively.
Knowledge of industry and regulatory guides, codes, and standards, as well as Bechtel Corporate guides and standards.
Relevant experience includes related specifications.
Understanding of the application of Civil engineering design principles.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Desired Qualifications:

Registered Professional Engineer (Civil Engineering).
Experience working with procedures that meet quality assurance programs, such as ISO 9000.
Prior experience working with government agencies, preferably the Department of Defense.
Experience with use or knowledge of Revit and/or InRoads.
Intermediate understanding of developing CSI Masterformat specifications, or SpecsIntact.
Design experience with Unified Facilities Criteria and the Whole Building Design Guide.
Experience in complex excavation approaches and construction execution, field experience.
Master of Science in Civil or related Engineering from an accredited university.
