Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4 years’ combined experience with ArcGIS administration, geospatial data,analysis, maps, services, and applications.
2-3+ years of Windows Server experience.
2-3 years of experience with web server management and implementation;troubleshooting of websites, applications, and security implementations.
3+ years’ combined experience with SQL and Python.
Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates(including Map Releases) of Esri software such as ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Pro.
Experience providing GIS technical support and customer service directly to users.
Experience creating technical documentation in Confluence, or SharePoint.
Experience resolving and documenting work on incident tickets in ServiceNow or Jira
Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and or PostgreSQL)
Intermediate experience in automating tasks with scripting languages like Python, or PowerShell
Hands-on experience installing/administering/troubleshooting Windows Server 2022
