Construction Engineer

Lehigh Valley International Airport Allentown, PA - Full Time

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Construction Engineering**, or related field. 
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in pavement construction, inspection, or management. 
  • Proven track record in airport runway/taxiway projects or other large-scale transportation infrastructure (e.g., “horizontal / civil;” or “flatwork”). 
  • Experience with pavement evaluation techniques (FWD testing, PCI surveys, friction testing). 
  • Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars (AC 150 series) and ICAO Annex 14 requirements.
