Education & Experience

Master’s degree with 15+ years of program/project management experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of program/project management experience
Minimum 15 years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one or more disciplines:
- SIGINT
- GEOINT
- HUMINT
- Counterintelligence (CI)
- OSINT
- All-Source Analysis
- Collection Management
Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) or organizational Data Literacy initiatives.
Minimum 10 years leading or advising intelligence modernization and/or innovation initiatives
Demonstrated experience defining objectives, deliverables, and strategic outcomes
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across military, Government, and industry organizations
Strong knowledge of DoD, Army, and IC policies, processes, and enterprise architecture frameworks (including DoDAF)
