Job Role: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Designer (Senior-Level)
Location: Ogden, UT
Duration: Full Time, Onsite
Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Requirements:
- This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.

- Proficient with the MS Office Suite.
- Experience designing HVAC systems, including ducting, sheet metal, and all associated equipment.
- Develop detailed HVAC system designs and 3D models for complex facilities in SmartPlant 3D and other design tools, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare design documentation, including drawings, schematics, equipment layouts, and flow diagrams, supporting design reviews and customer submittals
- Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork and piping layout design to meet performance and compliance standards.
- Experience with design/drafting tools, such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant 3D, Revit, etc.
- Experience working in a project team environment to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 12 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with SmartPlant 3D.
