- Experience with SAFe Agile framework
- Strong understanding of web application security requirements
- Experience developing complex web applications in government environments
- Strong experience with Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency with HTML5/CSS3, RESTful API, Bootstrap, frontend build tools, backend web technologies (.NET C#, Python, Node.js), database integration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL), Section 508 compliance, web security best practices, and performance optimization techniques
