Required Qualifications:

Must have Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or a related field (not computer science)
5+ years of experience with radar signal processing.
2+ years of experience with radar simulation and test design.
2+ years of experience with phased array radar systems
2+ years of experience with MATLAB and C++
Understanding of object-oriented programming
Understanding of basic radar hardware (antennas, ADC/DAC, mixers, amplifiers etc.)
Active DoD Secret Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship while working in support of a government contract

Preferred Qualifications:

M.S. in electrical engineering
10+ years of experience with radar signal processing
5+ years of professional experience building simulations for phased array radar systems
Experience with radar hardware testing/design
Experience leading development of new radar systems
Active TS/SCI Clearance
