Required Qualifications:

MA/MS (or a BA/BS plus an additional 8 Years of work experience, 4 of which must be work-related experience)
A minimum of ten (10) years of work related experience of those 10 years, at least six (6) years of work-related experience supporting a DoD component.
Experience with DoD contracts and acquisition processes.
Experience with applying supplements, including the FAR to acquisition processes.
Experience in assisting with the development of acquisitions strategies based on market research and solicitations with selection criteria or instructions to enable contract award to satisfy customer requirements.
Must have supported AF source selection and sole source procurements.
Must have contract administration experience, to include: contract modifications, negotiations, correspondence, and contract documentation.
Must have experience working with government contract writing systems, like. ConWrite or other, within the last five years.
Must be DAWIA Level II certified in contracting or equivalent.
