US IT Recruiter (US Staffing) - Part Time (4 PM - 9 PM IST)

Requirements:

• Experience level: 0-12 Months in US IT Staffing (only in recruiting - not sales/Marketing/HR)
• Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process
• Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD
• Comfortable using job boards like dice/monster/CB/etc.
• Strong experience working on Social networking using LinkedIn
• Knowledge in W2 & C2C
• Screening the candidates as per the required skill-set
• Good rate negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels.
• Build a resume database for future prospects

Responsibilities: 

• Lead Generation – This role focuses on lead generation, finding and collecting leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Naukri, and other international job portals across the US, UK, and Canada. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, finding, and collecting qualified leads, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the recruitment process by building a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
• Manage talent acquisition –  Post jobs and ads in select locations. Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels. Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.

Shift Timing - 4 PM to 9 PM IST(Indian Standard Time)
