Required Skills:

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, scientific, business or technical discipline or military operational experience at the E5 level or higher.
- 10+ years of general operational experience in systems engineering for DoD weapon systems programs, OR 10 years' combination US Navy, civil service, or industry experience.
Two (2) years of qualified experience in supporting routine systems engineering tasks in system safety including hazard analysis, probability and severity assessments, design and architecture analysis and the generation of system safety reports / documentation.
Demonstrated experience in the development and coordination of presentations to support the Weapon System Explosives Safety Review Board and its Technical Panels, Laser Safety - Review Board, and the Department of Defense and the Department of Navy Insensitive Munitions Reviews is also required.
