Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize dashboards using QlikSense (preferred) and Tableau.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to provide meaningful insights.
Create SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
Ensure data integrity by implementing best practices in data wrangling.
Work with development teams to understand Databricks and data storage conventions.
Support self-service users by developing and automating reporting workflows.

Required Skills:

BI Tools: Proficiency in QlikSense and/or Tableau.
SQL: Strong ability to write efficient queries and data manipulation scripts.
Data Science Concepts: Familiarity with data structuring, storage, and retrieval.
Data Analytics: Experience in processing and visualizing large datasets.

Preferred Skills:

Databricks Experience: Hands-on experience creating scripts, jobs, and optimizing workflows.
Python/R: Experience using scripting languages for data analysis.
AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding how ML models are used for BI.
Familiarity with DoD personnel or manpower systems, processes, and procedures
