Minimum Qualifications
Education

Master's Degree (MA/MS) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of program and project management experience; OR
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with a minimum of twenty (20) years of program and project management experience.

Experience

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one or more intelligence disciplines, including:
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
Counterintelligence (CI)
Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
All-Source Intelligence Analysis
Collection Management
Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) initiatives or organizational Data Literacy programs.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading or advising intelligence modernization and innovation programs.
Experience defining program objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Experience building collaborative relationships with government, industry, military, and intelligence community leadership.
